It becomes a line-by-line draft — item, quantity, price — checked against your own prices, and any special pricing for that customer. It reads plain English and Spanish, even mixed together.

If a name is misspelled, a quantity is unclear, the sender is someone new, or an order runs over a limit you set, that line gets flagged instead of guessed. It doesn't guess and hope. It waits and asks.

Nothing above ever reaches your customer on its own. The draft waits for you. Fix a flagged line in a couple of taps — it remembers your shorthand next time — or confirm it as it is.

When it's time to get paid, you send an itemized invoice with a QR code and a payment link. Your customer pays through a secure link; OrderLeaf never sees or stores that card number; the payment processor handles it, off our servers. Every order shows its status the whole way: Draft, Confirmed, Invoiced, Paid.
